We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to join the Zest team.
Who we're looking for
- 4+ years running performance campaigns independently (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Bing).
- Comfortable using AI to speed up creative production, landing pages and analytics.
- Experience with e‑commerce performance strategy focused on margin and MER, not just ROAS.
- Fluent in GA4, GTM and Product Feed optimisation.
- English B2+ — needed to run projects with international clients independently.
- Direct, proactive client communication (we work without Account Managers).
- Available 9am–5pm (flexible for international clients).
