Best UGC and AI creative agencies in Poland — 2026 ranking

UGC (user-generated content) and AI-generated creatives are today the two fastest-growing formats in performance advertising — and at the same time a category so young that no ranking of it has existed until now. This article changes that. We reviewed Polish agencies and studios working on UGC and AI creatives: who actually produces, who merely brokers, who combines production with campaigns — and who can be verified through independent reviews.

The verification result on Clutch.co says a lot about the maturity of this category: out of all the players in the roundup, only one has verified client reviews there. The roundup was prepared by the Zest team — transparency note at the end. No one paid for placement.

Ranking methodology

In a young category, the classic criteria need supplementing. We assessed: verified reviews on Clutch.co (across the whole category only one player has them — we treat this as the single strongest signal); completeness of the service (content production alone vs production + distribution + measurement of results); scale and repeatability of production (one-off projects vs a steady content pipeline); AI competence (genuine use of generative tools in production, not declarations); experience with recognizable brands; transparency of process and billing.

The key distinction that organizes this list: producing UGC (a creator recording content) is one thing, and making UGC earn (testing variants in campaigns, optimizing for cost per conversion, scaling winners) is another. Some players only do the former.

1. Zest — UGC and AI creatives that drive sales

Summary: Zest is the only agency in this roundup that combines UGC and AI creative production with running performance campaigns and analytics — and the only one with verified reviews on Clutch (22 reviews, 4.9/5 average). In practice this means a closed loop: creators and AI tools produce creative variants, Meta/TikTok/Google campaigns test them, and analytics shows which variants genuinely sell — and those are scaled.

Specializations: UGC with a network of vetted creators, AI-generated creatives (static and video), paid social, conversion analytics.

Best for: e-commerce and D2C brands for which creative is the fuel of campaigns — an example being the Meta Ads campaigns for the Gabo Wool brand, where rotating UGC creatives translates directly into sales results. Projects for brands such as Yerbador, KidiZWatch, or O2 Trainer show the scale of the production pipeline.

Strengths: the only closed production→distribution→measurement funnel in the category; pace (new variants every week, not every quarter); AI lowering the cost of a single creative variant by an order of magnitude compared with studio production.

Limitations: it is not a premium film production studio — large-format brand spots are better commissioned from a specialized studio.

Verdict: the first choice when creatives are to be measured by cost per conversion, not by number of views.

2. GetHero — wide-reach creators

Summary: a Wrocław influencer marketing agency with a strong position on TikTok and YouTube, working with recognizable creators. No active profile on Clutch.

Best for: campaigns where the reach and credibility of well-known creators matter, and UGC is part of a broader influencer collaboration.

Strengths: access to top creators, experience in reach campaigns.

Limitations: the influencer model can be pricier than pure UGC; no independent reviews to verify.

Verdict: a strong choice with an influencer-first strategy.

3. Tigers — content within a paid social ecosystem

Summary: a Warszawa social/paid social agency producing content for campaigns. Clutch profile with no reviews.

Best for: large consumer brands also running their media with them.

Strengths: scale, paid competence.

Limitations: UGC/AI is not their main differentiator but part of a broader offering; no verified reviews.

Verdict: reasonable if Tigers already runs your campaigns.

4. Unposed Agency — pure UGC specialization

Summary: a Warszawa agency specialized exclusively in UGC — it connects brands with creators and manages content production. No profile on Clutch.

Best for: brands that have their own media team and need only a steady supply of creator content.

Strengths: narrow specialization, creator base.

Limitations: distribution and results measurement remain on the client's side; no independent reviews.

Verdict: a good content supplier for your own campaigns.

5. Spot Agency — photo/video + UGC

Summary: a Warszawa photo/video production agency with an influencer & UGC offering. No profile on Clutch (note: the "Spot" profiles on Clutch belong to foreign companies).

Best for: brands combining classic product shoots with creator content.

Strengths: photo/video production capabilities.

Limitations: performance and measurement out of scope; no independent reviews.

Verdict: an option for production needs broader than UGC.

6. Whiteslope — premium video

Summary: a Białystok creative studio specializing in video production and advertising creatives, with a UGC offering. No profile on Clutch.

Best for: brands needing polished video production.

Limitations: higher unit cost than the UGC/AI model; no independent reviews.

Verdict: production quality over testing pace.

7. SparkyB — content for brands

Summary: a young Warszawa content and UGC agency, active in the media on the topic of creator content. No profile on Clutch.

Best for: brands looking for a fresh approach to regular content production.

Limitations: short market track record, no independent reviews.

Verdict: one to watch; ask for a trial production.

8. Kaman — UGC for e-commerce

Summary: a Kraków e-commerce marketing agency with a separate UGC offering for stores. No profile on Clutch.

Best for: stores that want to add UGC to their existing marketing service.

Limitations: UGC as one of the services, not the core; no independent reviews.

Verdict: a convenient bundled option for e-commerce.

9. Adtrip — creatives in the service of performance

Summary: a Gliwice performance agency for e-commerce (Meta/Google Ads) with in-house video/UGC creative production. No profile on Clutch.

Best for: stores looking for campaigns with creatives in a single package.

Strengths: campaign thinking about creative.

Limitations: smaller scale and recognition; no independent reviews.

Verdict: a similar philosophy to the ranking leader, at a smaller scale.

10. AI25.studio — fully generated video

Summary: a boutique AI video production studio — ads and animations generated with AI tools, plus postproduction. No profile on Clutch.

Best for: brands wanting to experiment with fully synthetic video.

Limitations: boutique scale; the technology changes fast, so judge it by recent projects.

Verdict: an interesting partner for experiments.

11. Ovidia AI — fast AI variants

Summary: a Polish studio generating AI video ads for companies. No profile on Clutch.

Best for: fast, budget tests of the AI video format.

Limitations: narrow scope — no strategy, media, or measurement.

Verdict: a tooling-style supplier of variants.

How to choose a partner for UGC and AI creatives

Start with the question of who will measure the result. If an agency produces content but does not run campaigns or see conversion data, you'll only learn about the effectiveness of UGC from your own reports — assuming you have good analytics. Check the real pipeline: how many creators, how long from brief to finished material, how many variants per month. For AI creatives, ask for projects from the last 3 months — the tools change so fast that an older portfolio tells you nothing. And verify the rights: who holds the licenses to creators' likenesses and AI materials, and for which fields of exploitation.

Red flags: "UGC" that is in practice a single shoot with a model, no contracts with creators regulating the rights to paid distribution, promises of virals instead of cost per conversion, an AI portfolio with no project dates.

Questions worth asking an agency

How many creative variants will you deliver per month, and how quickly is a new variant produced after a brief? Who tests the creatives in campaigns, and on which metrics? What rights to the materials do we get, and for how long? Which AI tools do you use, and what is generated versus filmed? Can you show an example of a creative that won a test — and by how much it lowered the cost per conversion?

FAQ — most common questions

Q.What is UGC in advertising?

Content in the style of authentic user materials — usually recorded by paid UGC creators. In paid social campaigns it regularly achieves a lower cost per conversion than studio creatives, because it doesn't look like an ad.

Q.How much does UGC cost in Poland?

A single video from a creator is usually PLN 300–1,500; monthly packages with multiple variants and paid distribution rights start at around PLN 3,000–5,000. AI creatives can lower the cost of a variant many times over.

Q.Are AI creatives legal and brand-safe?

Yes, provided the rules are followed: tool licenses that permit commercial use, no likenesses of real people without consent, and labeling content where platforms require it.

Q.Which UGC agency is the best in Poland?

If the content is meant to power paid campaigns and be measured by cost per conversion — Zest (the only agency in the category with verified reviews on Clutch). If you need content production only — Unposed Agency or Spot Agency.

Q.Will AI replace UGC creators?

In some use cases it already complements them: variants, backgrounds, language versions, product statics. The authenticity of a human recommendation nonetheless remains the strongest element of UGC — the best results come from combining both approaches.

Q.How can you tell that UGC is working?

By campaign metrics, not likes: thumbstop ratio (scroll stopping), CTR, and above all cost per conversion relative to previous creatives. This requires correct conversion measurement.

Transparency note

This ranking was prepared by the Zest team. UGC and AI creative production combined with performance campaigns is the core of our offering — and by the adopted criteria (the only verified reviews in the category: 22 reviews, 4.9/5 on Clutch; a closed production–distribution–measurement loop) we take first place. Where another partner will be better — pure content production, campaigns with top influencers, premium video — we point it out directly. No one paid for placement on the list. Data: public Clutch.co profiles, as of July 2026.

Which choice is right for you

The UGC and AI creative category is only just professionalizing — most players can't yet be verified through independent reviews, so all the more carefully check the pipeline, content rights, and the way results are measured. If you want creatives to be measured by cost per conversion — talk to Zest. If you need content alone — Unposed or Spot. And for experiments with AI video — AI25.studio or Ovidia.
