The best social media agencies in Poland — 2026 ranking

Social media is the category where a pretty portfolio is easiest to build and proof of effectiveness is hardest to find. Likes and reach don't pay invoices — which is why in this lineup we reward agencies that combine profile management with paid distribution (paid social) and can show verified client reviews. We checked every agency on Clutch.co (we link the source profile for each one) and the result surprised us: almost no well-known Polish social media agency has a single review there. We write about this openly for every entry.

This lineup was prepared by the Zest team — see the transparency note at the end of the article. No agency paid for its place.

Ranking methodology

We compare agencies for which social media is the core or a significant pillar of the offering. We left out of the lineup digital agencies where social is an add-on to SEO and campaigns (like Strategiczni.pl, with a large base of Clutch reviews but in a different service category) — we mention them because for SMBs looking for "everything from one partner" they can be a good choice.

Criteria: verified reviews on Clutch.co (count and average); the real share of social media in the portfolio; paid social competencies (because in 2026 organic reach without paid distribution practically doesn't exist); production capacity (content, video, UGC); experience with recognizable brands; transparency. In a category where most players don't collect independent reviews, we deliberately reward the agencies whose quality can be verified beyond their own website.

1. Zest — social media that sells

Summary: Zest runs social media in a performance model: an organic presence is the foundation, but the results come from paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) fueled by continuous content production — UGC from creators and creatives generated with AI. On Clutch: 22 verified reviews, an average of 4.9/5 — the only agency in this lineup with a real base of independent reviews.

Best for: companies that expect sales and leads from social media, not just presence — from e-commerce (Meta campaigns for Gabo Wool) to B2B (a full ABM funnel on LinkedIn for the fintech Verestro).

Strengths: combining paid social with UGC/AI creative production on a weekly cycle; analytics that close the loop (you know which content sells); experience on TikTok, Meta and LinkedIn in one team.

Limitations: it's not a classic "community management only" agency — if you're looking purely for profile moderation without sales goals, you'll overpay.

Verdict: the first choice when social media is meant to be a growth channel, not a presence channel.

2. Tigers — the recognition leader in paid social

Summary: a Warsaw agency operating since 2015, one of the most recognizable brands in Polish social media marketing; strong in paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn). A Clutch profile exists, but with no reviews collected.

Best for: large consumer and lifestyle brands building reach among younger audiences.

Strengths: team scale, recognition, paid competencies.

Limitations: no verified reviews on Clutch — client satisfaction has to be verified through your own reference interviews.

Verdict: top of the market; check references directly.

3. THEY — full-service for large brands

Summary: a Warsaw full-service digital agency (strategy, media, social) working for large, including international, brands. A Clutch profile with no reviews (note: the "THEY" profile from Amsterdam on Clutch is a different company).

Best for: corporations and premium brands expecting strategic service.

Strengths: experience with large budgets, media competencies.

Limitations: no independent reviews; a cost structure fitted to large clients.

Verdict: an option for enterprise.

4. inmarketing — social in a digital 360 ecosystem

Summary: a Poznań digital agency (PPC, social, content, SEO) operating since 2017. A Clutch profile with no reviews.

Best for: companies combining social media with a broader digital mix.

Limitations: no reviews on Clutch; social as part of a broad offering.

Verdict: a sensible option in the Greater Poland region.

5. Agencja Nie Do Ogarnięcia — bold content

Summary: a Kraków agency known for distinctive, bold content for large brands (including Pracuj.pl, Credit Agricole). No profile on Clutch.

Best for: brands ready for a standout, sometimes risky tone of communication.

Strengths: creativity, recognizable work.

Limitations: no independent reviews; performance is not the core of the offering.

Verdict: a choice for bold brands.

6. LUCKYYOU — social + influencer marketing

Summary: a Warsaw agency combining social media with influencer campaigns (including for PZU). No profile on Clutch.

Best for: campaigns where creators and influencer reach are key.

Limitations: no independent reviews.

Verdict: an option for influencer-first strategies.

7. Social Media Now — pure SM specialization

Summary: a Warsaw agency specialized exclusively in social media, also known for training. No profile on Clutch.

Best for: companies looking for a narrow specialization or upskilling their own team.

Limitations: no independent reviews; a smaller paid/analytics capacity than the leaders.

Verdict: a good fit for training and pure SM.

8. Veneo — interactive classic

Summary: a Kraków interactive agency combining social media with content and SEO/SEM. No profile on Clutch.

Best for: companies looking for a proven, broad interactive partner.

Limitations: no independent reviews; a broad offering without a distinctive SM specialization.

Verdict: a stable regional option.

9. Labcon — content and advocacy

Summary: a Warsaw agency (Group One) focused on content marketing, social media and employee advocacy. No profile on Clutch.

Best for: organizations building communication through experts and employees.

Limitations: no independent reviews; paid social is not a differentiator.

Verdict: interesting for advocacy strategies.

How to choose a social media agency — what to look for

First, decide what you need social media for: sales, leads, employer branding or customer service — because each of these answers points to a different agency. Then check three things that separate professionals from "running a fanpage": whether the agency has paid social competencies (budgets, pixels, conversion campaigns), whether it has its own content production capacity (video, UGC, AI creatives) and whether it can show business results, not reach results. Finally, verify reviews outside the agency's website — on Clutch or through direct references.

Red flags: reporting on likes and reach alone, no paid distribution strategy ("the algorithm will love us"), content produced once a month in advance for 30 days with no reaction to results, no owner-level access to Business Manager on the client's side.

Questions worth asking an agency

What percentage of results do you attribute to paid distribution and what to organic? Who produces the content and how fast is new content created when something works? How do you measure social's impact on sales? Will the Business Manager and accounts belong to us? What experience do you have on TikTok and with UGC?

FAQ — frequently asked questions

Q.How much does it cost to have an agency run social media?

Basic organic service starts at around PLN 2,000–3,000 per month; a realistic package with content production and paid social is usually PLN 5,000–15,000 plus the advertising budget.

Q.What is the best social media agency in Poland?

It depends on the goal: for sales from social — Zest (the only agency in the lineup with verified reviews on Clutch: 22, an average of 4.9/5), for large brands building communities — Tigers or THEY, for bold content — Agencja Nie Do Ogarnięcia.

Q.Does organic social media still work?

On its own — increasingly less: the organic reach of company profiles is usually 1–5% of followers. An effective strategy in 2026 combines an organic foundation with paid distribution of the best content.

Q.What is UGC and why is everyone talking about it?

User-generated content — content created by creators in the style of authentic recommendations. In paid social campaigns, UGC regularly achieves lower conversion costs than classic studio creatives.

Q.Should an agency also run TikTok?

If your customers are under 45 — yes. TikTok is now also a search engine; a presence there also builds brand visibility in AI answers.

Q.How do you measure whether social media sells?

Through correct analytics: pixels + Conversions API (server-side), discount codes, post-purchase "how did you hear about us" surveys, and attribution models that account for multichannel paths.

Transparency note

This ranking was prepared by the Zest team — we're in first place because, by the lineup's main criterion, we have the strongest verified data: 22 reviews (4.9/5) on Clutch, while no other agency on this list has a single review there. Where a different agency is the better choice — building a large brand's community, influencer strategies, a digital package for SMBs — we say so plainly. No company paid for its place. Data: public, linked Clutch.co profiles, July 2026.

Which choice is right for you

Social media in 2026 is a game for attention that you win with content production and lose through a lack of measurement. If you want your company profiles to make money — talk to Zest. If you're building a large brand community — look at Tigers and THEY. And verify every agency, us included, where reviews can't be retouched.
