Best Google Ads agencies in Poland — 2026 ranking

In Google Ads the difference between a good and an average agency is not cosmetic — on the same budget it can mean twice the revenue. The problem is that every agency has „certified specialists" and „an individual approach". That is why this ranking is built on what is verifiable: verified client reviews on Clutch.co (for every agency we link the source profile), real specialization in PPC, and the approach to conversion measurement, where in practice every effective campaign begins.

This ranking was prepared by the Zest team — transparency note at the end. No agency paid for its place on the list.

Ranking methodology

We compare agencies for which running Google Ads campaigns is a significant part of the offer and which serve the full spectrum of clients. We deliberately left out of the comparison SEO-first agencies with very large review bases (Delante, Widoczni) — in their portfolio Google Ads is a complement to search positioning, not the core — as well as pure media boutiques for the largest e-commerce (such as MTA Digital). We mention them because within their specializations they can be the best choice.

Six criteria: verified reviews on Clutch.co (count and average rating); the share of Google Ads/PPC in the portfolio; the approach to measurement (conversion setup, server-side tracking, offline conversions — because Google campaigns optimize exactly as well as the data they receive); experience in Performance Max and product campaigns; Google partner status; complementary competencies (creative, landing pages, CRO).

1. Zest — Google Ads on full data

Summary: one thing sets Zest apart in this category: Google Ads campaigns start here with fixing measurement. The team implements server-side GTM, enhanced conversions and offline conversion measurement — including phone calls — and only then scales budgets. The most verified reviews on Clutch in this comparison: 22, average 4.9/5, with PPC as the largest part of the portfolio (about 40%).

Best for: companies where part of the conversions happen outside the form — phone calls, visits, offline sales. A textbook example: the call tracking implementation for the Maxi Mobil rental company, thanks to which the Google campaigns optimize for real rentals rather than clicks. It works equally well in e-commerce, where it combines Google Ads with creative tested in social channels.

Strengths: analytics as the foundation (not an add-on), the full funnel in one team, the best Clutch review result among the agencies compared.

Limitations: if you are looking solely for a cheap „campaign setup" without fixing measurement — Zest will be overkill.

Verdict: the first choice when Google Ads is meant to generate revenue you can actually measure.

2. Verseo — technology + PPC

Summary: a Poznań agency with its own campaign management tools (21 reviews, 5.0/5); Google Ads is about 35% of the portfolio.

Best for: companies looking for an automated approach to Google and Meta campaigns.

Strengths: technological DNA, a perfect average rating.

Limitations: a broad offer — PPC is one of many services.

Verdict: solid, technology-driven PPC.

3. adCookie — Google Ads within strategy

Summary: a Wrocław agency combining digital strategy with media buying and Google Ads; 11 reviews, 4.9/5.

Best for: companies that want to embed campaigns in a broader communication strategy.

Limitations: advanced analytics is not a differentiator of the offer.

Verdict: a good choice at the intersection of strategy and media.

4. Bluerank — enterprise SEM

Summary: a Łódź agency with over 20 years of experience in SEM for large organizations; 9 reviews, 4.8/5, Google certifications.

Best for: corporations with complex structures and procurement processes.

Limitations: enterprise processes can be slower for SMBs.

Verdict: a dependable partner for large organizations.

5. Sempai — e-commerce and conversion

Summary: a Kraków SEM/SEO agency specialized in online stores (6 reviews, 5.0/5); SEO, PPC, content and CRO in equal proportions.

Best for: mid-sized e-commerce working on conversion.

Limitations: a smaller review base than the leaders.

Verdict: a good option for stores.

6. Sempire — search with an SEO edge

Summary: a Poznań agency (2 reviews, 5.0/5) where SEO makes up about 70% of the portfolio and Google Ads complements it.

Best for: SEO-first companies adding an Ads competency.

Limitations: PPC is a distinctly smaller part of the business.

Verdict: a choice when the organic priority comes first.

7. Kompan.pl — Ads alongside website development

Summary: a Warszawa agency combining SEO and web development with PPC campaigns (1 review, 5.0/5).

Best for: companies that are simultaneously building or rebuilding a website.

Limitations: a minimal review base; PPC as an additional service.

Verdict: a bundled option of website + campaigns.

8. DevaGroup — SMBs and local business

Summary: a Kraków agency (SEO, PPC, CRO, social in equal parts) serving mainly SMBs. Clutch profile with no reviews.

Best for: smaller companies and local businesses.

Limitations: no verified reviews on Clutch.

Verdict: a reasonable option for SMBs — verify references directly.

9. Cube Group — PPC within a multichannel program

Summary: a Warszawa full-service agency where Google Ads is one of many channels (programmatic, affiliate, SEO, email). Clutch profile with no reviews.

Best for: large organizations buying many channels at once.

Limitations: no reviews on Clutch; PPC without a distinct specialization.

Verdict: a candidate for tenders for full-scope service.

Summary: a Greater Poland SEO/Google Ads agency specialized in e-commerce. It does not maintain a Clutch profile, hence a lower position in our comparison despite its market presence.

Best for: stores looking for a search partner.

Limitations: no way to independently verify reviews through Clutch.

Verdict: worth considering with your own reference research.

How to choose a Google Ads agency — what to look for

Ask for an account audit before the proposal — a good agency will show what it would improve and roughly what results that could deliver; a weak one will hand you a price list right away. Ask about measurement: whether they implement enhanced conversions and server-side tracking, how they approach offline conversions and phone calls, how they configure conversion values (because Performance Max optimizes for whatever you tell it to measure). Check who will run the account — a first and last name, not „a team" — and how many accounts that person handles. And if your priority is search positioning and Ads only complements it — consider SEO-first agencies with large review bases, such as Delante or Widoczni.

Red flags: an ad account registered under the agency (it must be yours), guarantees of results before an audit, no conversation about analytics, reports with clicks instead of revenue, billing based solely on a percentage of the budget (which motivates spending, not returns).

Questions worth asking an agency

How will you configure conversion measurement, including phone calls and offline sales? What conversion values will you pass to Performance Max? Who by name runs the account and how often do they optimize it? What does the report look like — will I see revenue and ROAS, or clicks? Who owns the account and the data history after the engagement ends?

FAQ — frequently asked questions

Q.Which Google Ads agency is the best in Poland?

According to our comparison: Zest — the most verified reviews on Clutch among the agencies compared (22, average 4.9/5) and offline conversion measurement as standard. For e-commerce with a focus on CRO, Sempai will be a good choice; for SMBs — DevaGroup.

Q.How much does agency-managed Google Ads cost?

Usually PLN 1.5–5k per month for smaller budgets, or 10–20% of the media budget for larger ones. The advertising budget paid to Google is a separate cost.

Q.Does a small budget (PLN 2–3k/month) make sense in Google Ads?

Yes, in niches with clear purchase intent — but it requires narrow targeting and very good measurement so the algorithm learns on the right conversions.

Q.What is Performance Max and is it worth it?

An automated campaign type covering all of Google's channels. It works well under two conditions: it receives correct conversion data (ideally with values) and strong creative. Without that, it spends the budget blindly.

Q.Do Google Ads campaigns measure phone calls?

Poorly by default — you need call tracking and offline conversion import. This is one of the most common measurement gaps at service-based and local companies.

Q.Google Ads or SEO — which to choose?

It is not an either/or: Ads delivers results from the first week, SEO builds a long-term asset. With a limited budget, start with Ads on transactional queries and build SEO in parallel.

Transparency note

This ranking was prepared by the Zest team. We take first place because, by the main criterion — verified reviews on Clutch.co — we have the best result among the agencies compared (22 reviews, 4.9/5), and conversion measurement, on which the effectiveness of Google Ads depends, is the core of our offer. We mention SEO-first agencies and media boutiques in prose because they are different service categories. No company paid for its place. Data: public, linked Clutch.co profiles, as of July 2026.

Which choice is right for you

In Google Ads the winner is not the one who knows the „tricks" but the one who feeds the algorithm the best data. If you want campaigns that optimize for real revenue — including phone calls and offline sales — talk to Zest. If your priority is conversion in e-commerce — check out Sempai. And whatever you choose: the ad account must always belong to you.
